These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Linkvite website, mobile application, desktop application, and other services provided by Linkvite Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our services.
User Accounts
Account Creation
To use Linkvite, you must register for an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account and must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
Use of Our Service

You agree to use Linkvite only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the service.

You must not use Linkvite to engage in any form of harassment, spamming, or distribution of unsolicited content.

Users must be at least 13 years old to use Linkvite. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain with Linkvite Labs.
User Content
You retain your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through Linkvite.
User-Generated Content and Public Accounts
Public Accounts and Collections
When you choose to make your account or a collection (a folder of bookmarks) public:
Visibility: Your public account information and the contents of your public collections will be visible to other users of Linkvite and potentially to the public at large.
Interaction and Download: Other users may interact with, including but not limited to, viewing, sharing, and downloading the contents of your public collections.
User Consent and Responsibility
By making your account or collections public, you acknowledge and consent to this increased visibility and interaction by other users. You are responsible for the content you make public and should consider the implications of sharing information broadly.
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post in your public collections, but you grant other users the permission to interact with this content as per the functionality of Linkvite.
Discretion Advised: Exercise caution when making your account or collections public, understanding the extent of sharing and exposure this entails.
Payments and Subscriptions
Paid Plans
Payment Information: To subscribe to a paid plan on Linkvite, a valid debit or credit card is required. All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
Immediate Billing on Upgrade: When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, billing will occur immediately.
Free Trials
Trial Periods: We offer a 14-day free trial for monthly plans and a 30-day free trial for yearly plans. You will not be charged until your trial period ends. Subscription Cancellation
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refund on Early Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of signing up, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us directly.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, go to your account -> plans & billing, then select ‘Manage’, and then choose ‘Cancel’. Please note that we do not accept cancellation requests via email or phone.
Indemnification
User Responsibility
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linkvite, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, or your violation of these Terms.
Limitations
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of your use of our services and these Terms.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference, explains how we collect and use your personal information.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our Service is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Liability
Linkvite Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, regardless of conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings related to this site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Modification of Service
Linkvite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice to you.
Third-Party Links and Content
Linkvite may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Linkvite Labs. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Feedback and Submissions
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Linkvite is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Linkvite Labs regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements between you and us regarding our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
